A Fresh, Seamless Japandi-Inspired Renovation for Galderma

Our recent renovation for Galderma delivers a refreshingly calm, modern interior grounded in a Japandi-inspired design language — a harmonious blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth. Clean lines, soft natural tones, and purposeful detailing create a workspace that feels both focused and welcoming, reflecting Galderma’s commitment to clarity and care.

But beyond the aesthetic, this project stands as a testament to the impact of strong collaboration and smooth communication between client and contractor. From the early stages, the Galderma team provided timely feedback and early design approvals, enabling our workflow to progress efficiently without unnecessary pauses. Equally crucial, the project maintained consistency with no mid-project material changes — a common challenge that often disrupts timelines, procurement, and installation flow. By keeping all decisions aligned from the start, the entire renovation moved forward with clarity and precision.

A key milestone in ensuring the design intent stayed intact was the client’s site visit during the 75–80% progress stage. This on-site alignment allowed us to fine-tune details while still having the flexibility to make minor refinements, ensuring the finished space truly matched expectations.

The result is a tranquil, thoughtfully crafted environment that seamlessly merges functional workspace needs with the calming character of Japandi design. More than just a renovation, this project reflects what becomes possible when vision, communication, and consistency come together: a space that feels intentional, refined, and proudly co-created.
